pleasure of working with Mr. Bolanos on the construction of our three restaurants located in NYC in
2014, 2015 and 2016.

Throughout the course of the renovations, Mr. Bolanos was a consummate professional. He was
accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our projects. He was absolutely clear
in his record keeping and time log. He chose and managed the sub-contractors well.
Our job was done with care and precision.
In addition, he is extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. He and his workers never left the
worksite in disarray. They vacuumed all drywall dust daily. Mr.
Bolanos took special care to prevent any of the job dust from trailing throughout the street or
buildings.
The only complexity in working with Mr. Bolanos is that, as he himself will tell you, good work
takes time to complete. Patience is required when you work with the city of New-York but we
definitely always opened our restaurants much faster than the competition.
Over the past few years, RDDNY has carried out two construction projects for Gotham Pizza. Their experience in the construction of restaurants as well as procedures with the city agencies such as Coned and Department of Buildings has helped us open our locations without any delays.
RDDNY’s team is extremely focused on details, job safety, job cleanliness and they are very friendly. Further, they are very hard-working professionals. They love what they do, and I highly recommend them.
